1. Our services are available to individuals or legal entities, which have registered an account in the Service and uploaded or downloaded files from the Service and purchasing additional services Service. Our Services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18).

2. In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, FBox.cc provides the User following electronic and interactive services:

- upload your personal files (including graphics, music and video files) to the Service and to provide third party access to them;

- download files of other users from the Service;

- use the technical capabilities of the service to share files with other users and third parties;

- use the Service as an available remote storage of your files;

- pay for additional services of Service, that extend the possibility of using the Service.

The files that the user shares on the service are the user's responsibility alone.

The service takes no responsibility for the content of the files downloaded thereon and also does not moderate it manually. The service immediately deletes files when legitimate complaints are received from a third party.

The service also does not check the files for viruses and other malicious software and is not liable in case those kinds of files are received through the service FBox.cc.

The administration reserves the right to delete any file from the service as it sees fit.

3. User is forbidden:

To use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

To use the service to create or disseminate unwanted e-mail messages (spam), icq spam messages and any other types of spam sendings.

use the service for spreading materials:
- which violates the international laws or laws of any country;
- which violates anyone's intellectual property, adjacent and / or other rights of any patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights;
- which causes harm to minors in any form, including child pornography;
- containing porno with animals, signs of necrophilia, violence, and any other materials of this nature ;
- hacked or illegal version of any software;
- with viruses or any other malicious software products.

It is prohibited to have more than one account of service without prior agreement of the Administration.

Forbidden to use FBox.cc as the source files for other file-sharing services.

Prohibits any actions that lead to the disruption normal operation of the service. Upon detection such facts service FBox.cc, reserves the right to block or remove that user and remove his files.

5. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FBox.cc, its employees and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands, including a variety of legal costs,  in the event of any claims third party claims in respect of breach of any patent and / or copyright and other property and / or the moral rights.

6. We reserve the right at any time to change this service agreement. We also reserve the right at any time to modify or suspend the Service with or without notice, for a specified period or indefinitely. You agree that FBox.cc not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that we may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including the maximum disk space that will be allotted on servers FBox.cc, maximum number of times (and the maximum duration) to the Service in a given period of time. Also, you agree that the FBox.cc the right, without notice, to change the tariffs for use of the Service. Changing the rates for the use of the Service shall take effect upon expiry of the existing subscription customer.

7. PREMIUM-Account gives you the opportunity to receive daily links to files hosted on our service, based on their ratio of 65 gigabytes information in 48 hours.
